BREAKING: Chamisa wins court case against Khupe

High Court judge Justice Mafusire has barred the MDC faction led by Thokozani Khupe from replacing MDC Alliance Members of Parliament who were recalled by Douglas Mwonzora from parliament.

Commenting on the order MDC Secretary General Charlton Hwende said, “The ruling today by Justice Mafusire has effectively stopped plans by Mwonzora and ZANU PF of smuggling Thokozani Khupe in Parliament by replacing Thabitha Khumalo as the Leader of Opposition in Parliament.”

Charlton Hwende twitted that,”We have just won our case at the High Court before Justice Mafusire. MDC-T Khupe and Mwonzora have been bared from replacing those recalled pending the court’s determination of the legality of the recalls”.
